User Data Deletion Instructions

Send us a deletion request

1. Compose an email to privacy@trizbot.app from the account that you use to sign in.
2. Use the subject line “TRIZ Bot data deletion request”.
3. Include the email address tied to your Google or Facebook login and, if possible, the date of your last session.

We use this information to verify ownership before erasing your records.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
• All conversation transcripts, uploaded audio notes, and Firebase authentication identifiers are permanently removed within 7 business days.
• Any remaining diagnostic logs linked to your account are scrubbed once they are no longer required for security investigations.
